The G200, G300 and G400 are mid-range machines in our on-site food waste dryer range. They can process between 150-400kgs of food waste per day, reducing its volume and weight by up to 90%.
These systems are typically used at medium-sized locations, including hotels, colleges, universities, shopping centres, large staff-catering facilities, or small scale food manufacturing sites.

The ideal food waste dryers for medium sized applications, these simple to use, automated systems dry food and other organic waste by using heat and mechanical mixing.
The Gobi Dryer works in such a way that during the mixing process, food waste weight and volume reduction is achieved through the evaporation of the water. And as organic and food wastes have a high moisture content up to 98%, this is incredibly effective.
A sterilised, dry, and odourless product is fed out the other end and can be stored for many weeks without degrading.
The robust design of the Gobi Dryer makes it ideal for processing cooked and uncooked meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, alongside liquids and small bones, packaged food waste, spoilt and rotten foods, and other organic materials high in moisture content.
The reduction in mass and volume greatly decreases food waste collection and disposal costs saving organisations money, reducing carbon emissions, and creating a closed loop solution. The dried product can also be used as a valuable biomass fuel.
