The G600, G1000 and G2000 are the second largest group of machines in our range of on-site food waste dryers. They can process between 600-2,000kgs of food waste per day, reducing its volume and mass by up to 90%.

These commercial-scale food waste dryers the G600, G1000 and G2000 models are ideal for large-scale facilities.
These simple-to-use, automated systems dry food and other organic waste by using heat and mechanical mixing.
With organic and food wastes having a high moisture content – up to 98% – it can be challenging to store, occupying lots of space and, in some cases, attracting vermin, so to avoid degradation, weight and volume reduction is achieved through the evaporation of the water.
The outcome is a sterilised, dry, and odourless product, which can be stored for many weeks without putrefaction.
The equipment is also capable of processing cooked and uncooked meat, fish, fruit and vegetables, alongside liquids and small bones, packaged food waste, spoilt and rotten foods, and additional organic materials high in moisture content.
The reduction in mass and volume massively decreases food waste collection and disposal fees – saving money, lowering carbon emissions, and forming a closed loop solution. The dried product can also be used as a valuable biomass fuel.
